• Sealants
As your child develops their 6 yr. and 12 yr. molars you will notice
numerous grooves on the top of these teeth. This is an easy area for
decay to form. In order to prevent decay, a resin covering is applied
to the surface of the tooth. No anesthetic is required.
• Posterior Restorative Resin (PRR)
In the event a molar has started to decay, it is relatively easy
to remove the decay with or without anesthetic and pain. And then
to fill the tooth with a white composite.
